Day 1 - In Gaudí's Footsteps

On your first day of your 3 day Barcelona itinerary, explore the magnificent work of Antoni Gaudí, famous Spanish architect. Some of his works have even been included in UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites.

Parc Guell

One of Gaudí’s works which was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site is Parc Guell, arguably the most creative and artistic park in the world.

Get to the park early as it gets busy fast. Also, it’s best to buy tickets in advance online since they only let in a certain amoun t of people for each time slot.

Casa Batllo

Casa Batllo, and also Casa Mila close by, were both designed by Gaudí, and can be visited. The price for each one is around $25 so you might want to choose only one.

La Sagrada Familia

One of the best known architectural masterpieces of Barcelona is the famous Sagrada Familia, the cathedral of the holy family.
Gaudí worked on it until his death, but it is still not complete. The constructions has been ongoing since 1882!

Entry tickets cost around $16.
